Manly Man is a bar we were planning on making for a while, to attract more of the men at the farmers markets that say, "oh natural soap? My wife likes that kind of stuff". To which we reply, "you don't wash your a$$ dawg"? So instead of calling them out more subtly like that, we thought we would make a whole bar, centered around the satire that men only use things that say they are specifically for men. Because how else are they going to know they're a man if their products don't tell them so?
My dad had given us a great idea to do with this bar, as we were having trouble figuring out a color. He said, "raffia" when we asked him, which is pretty much the modern equivalent of olive drab (since the US be fightin' in deserts now and not jungles), but we totally forgot and ended up making this bar a deep blue/purple color. Sorry dad! Coriander, sandalwood, and manuka (yes, like the honey, but no, it's a literal plant) mingle in this bar to create a really stunning cologne.
Data & Conclusion:
The color on this one came out stunning and it gives the lather on this bar just a little bit of a fun color. This is one of our purely aroma therapeutic bars, with sandalwood and coriander really coming to the forefront when used in the shower.
